The company was responsive to my needs. The original person allocated my sale initially nearly made me lose confidence as he struggled with detail. But when they put Jack Esden on our sale things improved greatly. Jack Esden is a credit to you.

Having booked the service I was told my car required once it arrived it was a much more extensive service required and the original quoted price tripled. Battery replacement which I was quoted for but again changed. Staff were not helpful
