Staff were very nice and were helpful. Marsha advised / gave info and sent regular emails whilst the car was on order. Somehow we ended up with black not white. Wasn't a big problem although since getting it we have had an issue with birds pecking it

The process was enjoyable, exact, and responsive. The sales representative was personable, exact, and corresponding. The choices I made were put into action, with the best interests at heart. Since buying it, duty of care well observed and enjoyed.

Received text to say Mini was ready but when I got to the showroom to pick it up i had to wait for the car to be brought round.

We were told that we would get a complimentary clean and that the car would also be put on charge as we had 10 miles left. Neither were done.
