I asked about the front monitor only to be told it wasn't that important. I feel a bit let down as the car is only 22 months old.

It was really easy to book my car in and I was able to drop my car off and work while waiting. The video and online report make everything really transparent. I particularly appreciated Muhammed checking the price of my repairs and adjusting.
