Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't make my mind up on how to finance the car and I found the Bedford team very informative without any pressure to buy on finance. Carly the salesperson was great especially as I kept changing my mind!

Nothing was rushed, requirements were explained in a relatable manner. I was kept up to date through the entire process. I received a video message the morning of collection and emails after to check if I had any questions on the purchase.

Easy to check in & leave vehicle - even though I got the Mini & BMW drop off points muddled. Courteous and friendly customer service lady, who allowed my dog in with me to access the key drop. Noemi at collection also equally friendly and helpful.
