Poor service, no feedback? Just given invoice. also asked for a quote on bodywork that I had to chase when I collected the vehicle, was told the the quote would be emailed, to date not arrived l. Wife had similar experience when she dropped the car

I was informed on arrival that the courtesy car I had pre-booked I needed to pay £25 for. I had not previously been told that there would be a charge. I re-arranged my plans and waited 3 hours for the car to be completed.

The service department rarely answer the phone making it hard to get updates. When I chased for how long my car would be I encountered someone who was quite blunt and could do with some customer training.

Nick who helped me and kept me informed on the progress of my service and he also told me when my side mirror had come into mini so it could be fitted. I didn't realise rushed and he was able to help me with all the question I had.

I spoke to someone on the phone but haven't heard anything back. I asked for things in my check in that were never provided - check air con, price for repairing a dent and cost to trade in. Also got the car back with broken glass in the rear footwell
