The company was responsive to my needs. The original person allocated my sale initially nearly made me lose confidence as he struggled with detail. But when they put Jack Esden on our sale things improved greatly. Jack Esden is a credit to you.

Everything seemed to go well, although I had to ask if my car was ready as I'd been waiting a while over the time given. I was also over charged on the bill which I was told can often happen? I'm still waiting for a refund one week later, not good.
