Both Carly and Matthew were great. There was a lot of back and forth and change in monthly PCH value etc at the outset of the conversation - which was no reflection on them but more so new systems and ways of working with Mini HQ. Needs ironing out

My customer service experience from the go was not great , some of your staff in the service department need to learn some customer service skills , it's more than just a box ticking exercise.

Fab communication. 1 star lost as someone broke my keyring, didn't tell me, placed it in my car without telling me. Before I found the broken keyring I did call & was told someone would look for it/replace it but never called back! Minor but annoying

After the first initial inspection the car parking sensor was continuously beeping - after collecting the mini and providing a courtesy car the problem was investigated thouroughly plus another oil transmission issue very professionally resolved

Staff were polite but the experience was not good. Service was very delayed, left sat at a small waiting table working for hours when a booth could have been made available I was told afterwards. No courtesy cars available free is poor for Mini
