Booking the appointment by phone was easy. I was fully aware at the cost of the service, payment options, what the service entailed and a short video of the car during its service.

The initial technician, who sent a video of his work, said no fault could be found. As after filling the water reservoir there was no obvious leak. However, as the car has a rear wash wipe, a check of the interior carpet would have revealed the issue

Although my car is only 3 years old, it failed tge first MOT based on a ripped front tyre that I didn't know about. MINI did not charge me for that MOT only to have it redone which I felt was pretty decent.

Booked my MINI in for a recall, dashcam shows no work was done. Staff were rude, no courtesy car offered, and service was dismissive. Tried to charge me £99 for diagnostics I never agreed to. Overall unprofessional experience.

It was really easy to book my car in and I was able to drop my car off and work while waiting. The video and online report make everything really transparent. I particularly appreciated Muhammed checking the price of my repairs and adjusting.
