Nick took great care of me, making sure I fully understood my options before proceeding with a tyre replacement and immediately retesting so that I could drive away with a passed MOT same day.

I booked a waiting appointment. (see next answer). I was directed to the upstairs area as coffee facilities downstairs were out of order. War nearly broke out between man with orange jacket playing video without earphones and man trying to work.

Both Carly and Matthew were great. There was a lot of back and forth and change in monthly PCH value etc at the outset of the conversation - which was no reflection on them but more so new systems and ways of working with Mini HQ. Needs ironing out
